Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping for all orders. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days, with delivery times ranging from 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Costs
We use (Freight on Board) FOB method where the buyer should carryout the shipping costs for the delivery. These costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your delivery location. We strive to keep our shipping rates competitive and affordable.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Sri Lanka. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future to serve our international customers.

We accept only online bank transfers. And you can find our bank details at checkout. After completing the transfer, please send us a screenshot of your confirmation to WhatsApp.

Yes we do, We deliver across Sri Lanka through reliable courier partners.
6. Can I see a preview before printing?
Yes, we provide digital proofs for all custom sublimation items before printing. This allows you to review and approve the design to ensure it meets your expectations.
7. Are your candles scented?
Yes! Only selected candles come in calming fragrances, and scented versions are available on request.
8. How long do the candles burn?
Burn time varies depending on size and shape, usually between 2-100 hours.
9. Are sublimation prints permanent?
Yes, sublimation prints are long-lasting and fade-resistant when cared for properly.
10. What is your return policy?
We send a digital proof for approval before printing. Custom products are non-refundable. On that count, customers get the best product.
